Neon, Leather, and Bad Decisions

Past midnight at an isolated Kansas truck stop under a flickering pink 'EAT - GAS - OPEN' sign, leather-clad gunslinger Delia Raines trades a lingering look with handsome outlaw Mateo Reyes. Then Boone Callahan's rival motorcycle club surrounds the forecourt. The two strangers fight back to back through shattered neon and scattered ice, then burst out of the garage in a pearl-white 1959 convertible with red velvet seats and an absurdly oversized engine.
